Project Management Manual (PMM)

Purpose

The purpose of this manual is to standardize the Project Management Processes, Procedures, Templates and Forms applicable to all NWC Capital Projects, which are managed by Capital Projects Departments at HQ & Clusters. The PMM identifies the objectives, policies and processes for managing projects within NWC Capital Projects and must be adhered to by all NWC staff within the projects departments at HQ and Clusters.
